I had "hired" 2 other moving companies until I read of their horror stories on the internet. First Class had a good reviews. I gave them a shot for a long distance move for my elderly mother. Everything was spectacular from start to finish. I paid exactly what I was quoted. The men that came to load were extremely polite and professional and wrapped everything beautifully. The delivery date was right within the quoted window. The delivery crew were right on time, just as polite and professional as the crew that loaded. We received every item the way it left the house in FL. I could be more pleased. Christy from the office even called both days - while the crews were at our home! - to make sure everything was going well. Big thanks to Christy, Roger, Daniel, Dave, Richard & Matt for a job well done!!

We chose First Class Moving Systems/North American to be our movers for our VERY FIRST move from South Charleston, WV to Stuart, FL---and I'm so very thankful I picked them! Amanda, my contact at First Class, was very attentive and took time to explain everything in detail regarding my move and what to expect. Their prices were below that of their competitors, but their quality of service could not be beat!! Amanda left no stone unturned with regard to exceptional customer service and was always available for any questions. She called every day during the move to make sure things were running smoothly and I didn't have any questions. There were no added costs and no surprises--everything was exactly as promised. My movers were Rich and Greg and I can't say enough about the fantastic job they did! They were very timely and professional and, although they worked quickly, they were careful to pack everything for extra protection and treated my belongings as carefully as I would have---which I really appreciated! Not only did I have them transport all of my household belongings, but they also hauled my car to FL for me! My move was completely worry-free thanks to this awesome team and I plan to use them again for my next move. If you want a great moving company, you need not look any further---you found it. They are FIRST CLASS all the way!!!!

We had the most pleasant moving experience EVER!!!! First Class Movers are truly Fist Class! Our driver Wally was fantastic! He and his crew, Brian took great care if us ensuring the safe and pleasant transit of our household goods. These guys are very pleasant and respectful. Also, our contract specialist Christie and sales agent Phil were both very good and made for a more pleasant experience.
