I relocated from South Padre Island, TX back to Tampa, FL. My move was small, only a one bedroom apartment. I have several delays caused by the relocation service in TX. When I got to Tampa, Christy Brigham of First Class went above and beyond to get me delivered sooner rather than later. Even though the company out of TX was late getting my furniture here she got me finished up. Not only was she professional and very nice, but the moving crew was also great. They were skilled, polite, friendly. My furniture was in perfect condition. First Class took me from having a very bad experience to being a happy person. THANK YOU!! I would highly recommend this company and I will use them when I move in the future.

From the initial phone call, to the move date, to the follow up phone call after the move, they were professionals all the way. We did the opposite of what everyone else does. We moved from beautiful Tampa up to Ohio. It was a major undertaking for us and Christy Brigham at First Class Moving made sure everything was perfect. It started with our in house estimate. The representative showed up on time and was fully prepared. He wrote a complete and detailed estimate of the spot. And it was accurate! Then, they showed us exactly how to do our part in packing and to prepare . On moving day our driver Maurio showed up on time and did an outstanding job of packing the truck. We had a number of antiques and fragile items that he carefully wrapped and protected throughout the journey. It took longer to load up than he planned but it was the work of a "true master" who would rather do it right, than fast. A week later Maurio arrived in Ohio exactly as promised. Everything was perfect. Absolutely nothing damaged. Nothing was lost and the really important fragile stuff was as good as it was when it left Tampa. We've heard all the horror stories about moving, but we found the right moving team and were blessed with a completely favorable experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Great company. Very professional. I have relocated a couple of times in the past, this time it was really different. The packaging wasdone with extreme care and attention to detail. I have several calls from their coordinator Amanda, who was extremely courtious and helpful. I hope I won't have to relocate again, if I do, I will use them again.

Tampa Movers helped at the last minute arranging for movers to help with a small local move. They helped make all the arrangements by phone, and the two movers were very efficient, careful, and courteous. I know the move went better for their efforts than we could have managed on our own.

I would highly recommend First Class movers. Amanda was very accessible and helpful in more ways than one, even when my closing date was up-in-the-air a few times. Thank you very much! The moving crew was very nice, very helpful and helped with many items I planned to move on my own. The one downside to their helpfulness was it added unanticipated time to their hourly billing and I owed more money than anticipated. I would definitely use them again.

First Class is truly "First Class"!! They moved us from one house to another this week and we had an exceptional experience. Matt's crew did a great job and Derrick was fantastic. We had a problem with closing escrow and had to change our delivery date and Amanda was the most efficient, courtesies, customer service oriented person I have dealt with in a long time. She took personal care in our stressful situation and made sure we got exceptional service. I have a couple hundred customer service reps in my business and I would hire amanda away from you in a heartbeat!! She was fantastic. Thanks, First Class!!
