They are an amazing crew. From the coordinator to the drivers. Lucinda Lamson coordinated my move & she was amazing. She worked with me despite my work schedule & also gave me frequent updates. Tim & his wife delivered my household goods to MD and they were exceptional. They also sent frequent updates while on the road. I appreciate them handling my goods with care. Definitely recommend. We have had several corporate moves in the past but our move with First Class in May'22 was by far the most stress-free and organized move we have ever had. .Jennie Cecot coordinated the move and our moving team was exceptional : Mike, Chad, Mineer. They were on time, very professional and NO DAMAGE!! Definately would recommend.
Well Done First Class!
Once again First Class Really did an outstanding job with my move. My coordinator (Lucy) really did a good job of making things happen. I had a report date of two weeks and something that normally takes three to four weeks Lucy made it happen in one. The Packers were also great and did a wonderful job of packing my things. On the other end the delivery guys were excellent also great job on both ends. First Class is just that First Class!

My west Palm move
Kevin from first class moving was every bit of Fist Class. They quoted me promptly, followed up, and when it came time to move us they called prior to arriving and did exactly that, ARRIVED ON TIME. Their moving staff was efficient and courteous and made sure we were satisfied during and at the end of our difficult move. I personally would never use any other mover but First Class Moving. Moves are complicated. The minimum expectation is your household goods arrive at your new home intact, at the price you expected, and without delay and hassle. FirstClass movers excels at making your move achieve those goals. And it is a team effort. Phil Grinstead did my estimate. He was friendly, experienced, accurate, responsive. My move coordinator, Jennie Cecot, was very communicative, during the entire process and helpful in other ways, and the driver Shawn a real pro in a difficult job. I have moved ten times in my adult life and this move was the most relaxed of them all because of First Class’s orientation towards its customers. That attitude combined with a no deposit guaranteed pickup date and a credit card payment without surcharge makes dealing with them exceptional.
Awesome Service
Hector, Geovanny, and Junior were great during our military unpack. This was by far the best military move we have had in 30 years of service. I would recommend them for any of your relocation expert needs.

Jamie Gragg’s crew was exceptional!! They worked extremely hard and detailed everything. They always let me know how much longer and what area they are about to work. I definitely trusted them being in my home without question. They were very enjoyable to be around. Gave me advice on good eateries while for my last days here. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience and I’m very thankful for the work they did. Highly recommend this team to anyone.
