I had my Los Angeles two bedroom apartment moved to Jacksonville Florida. I must say, I ended up with a “First Class” moving company led by Johnny Gassaway, my truck driver. From the initial meeting, during the packing process, and on to Jacksonville, Johnny kept me informed as to what to expect and recommended things to be packed. He was careful logging every item onto his ledger. His crew of two in LA were friendly, careful and swift in packing. His crew in Jacksonville were the same way. 24 hours before, Johnny gave us a call with his final ETA. I enjoyed the experience with no breakage and only eight days of transfer. Fast! Thank you Johnny! You are a true professional. Mr Fowler, the owner, has a good operation with customer focused employees (if they are like Johnny). Thanks again. We recently had Kelly Underwood and his very professional team (Mike and Manny) move us. Without question, this was the best moving experience that I have ever had. They were exceptional. There was a tremendous level of attention to detail and care for our belongings that I had yet to experience. I would recommend Kelly, Mike, and Manny without reservation. They are truly professional. If I have the need to move again, I will definitely seek out Kelly, Mike, and Manny.

The service we received was excellent. The estimate given was accurate and they even refunded us for the unused portion without issue. Thomas, Franklin, and Charlie were personable, very cooperative and moved items that we added to the list at the time of the move. Everything arrived in perfect condition and they even setup and put in the rooms as we requested. Thanks to everyone for making this a great experience.

They lost 3,000 pounds of our belongings, that's about 65 boxes. They took items we asked them to leave, and after filing a claim they refused to give us compensation for anything more than 20% of what we lost! Now we have to take them to court. Terrible excuse for a moving company! They couldn't do the ONE JOB that they were hired to do.

The whole experience with First Class was perfect, everything went so smoothly. In particular, our movers Chris, Ray, and Cliff were terrific and such a great help. Everything was moved without incident. They also made the day such a positive experience for us. They were pleasant and laughed with us. They were so patient while we were indecisive in our placement of the furniture. You just can't expect any better movers.

First Class Moving Systems moved us from a single story house to a three story house. The four man team was lead by Nate Stevens and we couldn't believe how hard they worked. All of the guys were so polite and careful of all of our furniture. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
