First Class has moved us twice, once doing the N. American off load when we moved to St. Pete from Pennsylvania and again when we changed addresses in St. Pete. We recently moved from Tampa to Oregon and were connected with First Class through All American Van Lines. I think it was divine intervention because I have never had it SO EASY! I didn't have to lift a finger for a single thing. Every single person I've dealt with has made this a seamless as possible and has had a smile on their face while doing it. I couldn't have chosen a better company to do our move. I'm actually sad to see the driver and his assistant go because I feel like we've become great friends! I was lucky to be assisgned to "First Class Moving", from Tampa to assist with my move to the East Coast of Florida. Clint Sjerven, owns the company and truck, drives the truck, loadsand unloads the truck. Clint's wife Gretchen and her crew are in charge of packing. All were professional, on time, asked questions-never made assumptions. I was packed NO BREAKAGE, I was loaded up carefully, and delivered, on time. They were careful to protect the integrity of my old house and new house during the entire process. During delivery I had requested felt pads be placed under all my furniture to protect my wood floors and tile, they did that. They put my beds together even including my bed skirt under the box spring. they put together all the things I could not do. They were wonderful. I highly recommend First Class Moving from Tampa, FL.

Great communication with keeping the customer informed (estimation of cost, called day before move with arrival time, office staff called during move to see how things were going, called after move, etc.). The moving crew was very friendly, helpful, and went above & beyond in taking care of the furniture. I would definitely recommend First Class Moving Systems!
